 ② Chicken gizzard membrane can increase coronary flow and resist myocardial ischemia. 

Oral administration of hawthorn extract to unanaesthetized dogs can significantly increase myocardial blood flow. Hawthorn extract, hydrolysate, and flavonoids can enhance the myocardial uptake of 86Rb in mice and increase myocardial nutrient blood flow. Hawthorn hydrolysate has a stronger effect. Hawthorn extract and hydrolysate have obvious antispasmodic effects on isolated rabbit blood vessel strips.
